Gas prices do not care about anyone's plans. So every month we hand one neighbor a $50 gas card - free, no catch, and nothing to sell.

Enter below with your name and phone number. That is the whole thing. We draw one winner on the 30th of each month and call them with the good news. When we announce the winner, we share only their first name and city.

One entry per person, per month. Must be 18 or older. No purchase necessary - and we only use your number for the giveaway, unless you ask us about your house.

Why does a house-buying company do this? Because we are neighbors first. We buy houses across Colorado and Northeast Ohio in any condition, but this card is not about your house. Just our way of saying thanks for stopping by.
